Built to go anywhere you haul it, the YETI Hopper series is 100 percent leak-proof, making it the ultimate portable cooler. With a detachable shoulder strap and three different sets of straps, its easy to carry while you are on the go. The unique high-density DryHide Shell is puncture-resistant, resistant to mildew and UV rays. The YETI Hopper is able to keep ice cold for longer because of its unique, closed-cell rubber foam insulation which offers superior performance when compared against ordinary soft coolers. Utilizing a design similar to HazMat suits, the Hopper features a HydroLok Zipper that is leak proof, making spills a thing of the past while also locking in cold. Inside the cooler, the liner is made from FDA approved food grate material and it is resistant to mildew making it easy to keep clean and store. The Hopper 20 holds 18 cans or 20 pounds of ice (with recommended 2:1 ice-to-contents ratio). Securing your Hopper is also made easy with six D-ring tie down points. WarrantyYETI Hopper products carry a three (3) year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not warranted.

45 Day No Hassle Returns
We want you to love what you buy! But if you don’t, we offer a simple “No Hassle Returns” policy. We allow you to return all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging within 45 days of delivery for a refund (minus the original and return shipping costs incurred by UltimatePatio.com). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.
- If your return request is due to product defect or damage, we will first work with you to get the product repaired. If repair is not possible, then we’ll work with you to get it replaced.
- If your return will be coming back via freight truck, we will require you to provide us a photo before your return will be authorized. This can be as simple as a cell phone pic! We just need a “before” picture in case there is any damage to the item on its way back to us.
- To expedite the returns process, before shipping the item(s) back, make sure they are clean, the packaging is sufficient to prevent damage, and (if necessary) you note all defects along with the photos taken.
Important information about refund eligibility:
To be eligible for a “No Hassle Return,” items must be returned within 45 days of delivery in “Like New” condition. “Like New” condition is when a returned item is unused, unassembled, and has been returned in the original packaging.
- Full refunds do not apply to certain items, including clearance items, gift cards, gift certificates, items that have been personalized, and items clearly marked as “non-returnable,” such as products sold as “Warehouse Deals.”
- The costs of return shipping are deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.
- In many cases, refunds are not processed until the item has been inspected by us in our warehouse.
- Refunds must be applied to the same credit card, debit card, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
- In many cases, refunds are not processed until the item is inspected upon return delivery.
- UltimatePatio.com reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:
- The item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.
- The returned item is missing parts or the original product’s packaging.
- The item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
- The item being returned has been obviously heavily used (such as significant charcoal buildup inside a grill).
- The item has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.
In exchange situations, there are TWO options:
- If you need the product right away, you can purchase a replacement on a new order to get it shipped out as soon as possible. Then return the original item and we’ll refund you for the original once we’ve received it back to our warehouse in “Like New” condition.
- If you can wait a little longer, return the original item and once we’ve received it back to our warehouse in “Like New” condition, we’ll refund you for that purchase, then have you purchase the replacement on a new order and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as possible.
Custom made-to-order/special order items are made to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of made-to-order/special order items, all sales are final. Made-to-order/special order items defective due to manufacturing will be repaired/replaced as long as the claim is made within the warranty period offered by the manufacturer. Custom pieces damaged in shipping will still follow all steps for a freight claim as previously listed here. All Custom pieces will be repaired or replaced with an item of the same nature as previously ordered. You will not be allowed to order an item that differs from the damaged or defective item.

My zipper teeth become crooked and then fall off.Purchased this cooler as a splurge since the Yeti Tumblers my wife got for our family are great but I'm definitely disappointed. All the other Yeti products I've had have been great. Not sure why this one didn't hold up. The zipper fell apart after just light use and Some of the teeth fell off.
Perfect soft coolerThe Hopper is legit. Immediately you will notice how well made it is. After reading other reviews, I was a little nervous on ice retention. I know it won't hold ice as long as the tundra but I seriously got 2 1/2 days. A little trick I did was to make sure to fill the bag up as much as I could with ice and drinks. Right before I zipped this bag up, I squeezed the hopper as much as I could letting all the air out. That works really well! I'm very impressed.
Must be a Monday or Friday Yeti Hopper Two 30I received my Yeti about two and a half weeks ago, perfect timing for our 2 week vacation. Needless to say my Yeti Hopper did not live up to it's hype, I've had Styrofoam coolers keep ice longer than the Yeti I received. Very disappointed to say the least. A lot of money for trash!
YETI = The Best Coolers Ever Made!!I loaded my Hopper Two 20 with beer and ice for a day of working in the backyard and swimming in the pool. I live north of Sacramento and it gets hot here in the summer. At 103 degrees outside my Hopper was in the sun as much as it was in the shade all day. Not only did it keep the ice frozen, but probably 90% of the ice was still frozen when I checked it the next morning. Then I put my Hopper Two in the trunk of my car and drove 2 hours to San Francisco where I bought some food at an Italian deli, put it in my Hopper Two - that was still in the trunk - and drove back home that evening. When I opened my Hopper Two the majority of ice was still frozen with only a minimal amount of water at the bottom. I never added any more ice to the initial amount that I put in with my beer the morning before. I actually had to throw away a lot of ice just so I could dry the inside to put it away for the week. I have YETI Tundra 65 and 35 Coolers, several Ramblers, Coldsters and now the Hopper Two. Everything I've purchased from YETI has exceeded my expectations and the Hopper Two is no exception. YETI makes the best coolers and products on the market, hands down!
