We installed this product 2 yrs ago, and have been very impressed. We decided to put two of them on our deck as corner feature posts, and added limestone bases underneath them. We also had short steel mounting posts made instead of ordering the tall post. Any normal steel shop can do this for you. After 2yrs of use, they show no signs of rust yet, and they create a great 12-18" high 'jumping' flame. We opted to fill each of them with broken glass chards, to hide the burner. I chose Natural Gas, so they are always ready to turn on with the flick of a match.
