Unique Patented Cooking Process.
A water partition separates the burner from the grill area. Moist heat flows over the partition and down throughout the food allowing for fast, even cooking while eliminating the need to constantly turn your food. The cooker lid remains closed providing a convection system that speeds up the cooking process.

Versatility.
Cook a hamburger in less that fifteen minutes or a fully stuffed turkey in under three hours! Even foods naturally low in fat, such as chicken breasts or pork tenderloin, will remain moist and juicy while cooking to a golden brown. Not only can you "grill" or "bake" your meats, you can do the same with vegetables and breads.

Enhanced Flavor.
Our patented cooking system locks in flavor and adapts to your individual cooking style. Charcoal or wood can be placed in the box over the burner, and seasoned liquids such as apple cider or juices can be added to the water chamber.

Easy Clean Up.
A water reservoir directly under the cooking grid allows the drippings to fall into the water instead of onto the metal. When finished, simply open the drainage valves and release the water. Since there is no flame under to food, there is no charring to clean off the cooking grid.
